Visit to Landmark Projects, Chidea Explores New Development Mode
To explore the new development direction and operation mode for innovation and upgrading, Chidea Company sent a mission led by Wang Yuanyuan, General Manager of the company, and Shen Peng, Vice General Manager, to Hangzhou. From 12th-16th October, the delegation visited the Hangzhou Cloud Town, Yuhang Dream Town, the headquarter of Alibaba, Suzhou Industrial Park, Gu'an Industrial New City and other projects to communicate and exchange ideas about management philosophy and methodology with the responsible persons of those landmark projects to promote the development and management of Chidea.
The first stop of the delegation was the Cloud Town, which was a cloud- based industrial town built together by Alibaba Clout Computing and Zhuantang Industrial and Technological Park. The project focuses on the cloud computing technology, big data and smart hardware manufacturing that is "guided by the government, led by renowned companies and developed by entrepreneurs". Currently, there are already more than 200 companies involved in the cloud computing technology who have set their foot in the Cloud Town, including Alibaba Cloud Computing, Foxconn, Intel, Watone Cloud Data, and Suning Cloud Fund, etc. The delegation learned that the Cloud Town had gained great support from the local government who provided not only strong infrastructures, but also many favorable policies and value added services to ensure a good environment for the upstream and downstream industrial chain of cloud computing to develop through the effort in building a match-making platform for the companies and entrepreneurs.

About 30 kilometers away sits the Dream Town, another industrial park for the entrepreneurs in the Internet business. The Dream Town is divided in to two areas, namely the "Internet Entrepreneurship Town" and the "Angel Investment Town". The project is guided by the government and received a total investment of 800 million yuan for its infrastructure construction. Such effort made it possible for the companies to "Check-in" with an amiable office environment supported by the gateway, cloud storage, cloud desktop and office furniture. The Dream Town introduced ten venture capital companies to create an atmosphere for business and entrepreneurship to provide all-round assisting service for the small-and-micro-sized business and to facilitate innovation and business development.

The delegation then paid a visit to Alibaba's headquarter right next to the Dream Town. The 150,000-square-meter open office site designed in a style of university is the home to nearly 10,000 staff.

After Alibaba, the delegation went to the Suzhou Industrial Park, a project based on the bilateral cooperation between China and Singapore. The total administrative area of the park is 278 km2 with 80 km2 designated to the Sino-Singapore cooperation area. In the exhibition hall, the delegation learned about the history, achievement as well as the dynamics of the area.

The last stop of the visit was Gu'an Industrial New City. Guan Jianhui, Executive Director of the Board and Vice President of Times Property Group, also joined the delegation in spite of his busy schedule. He also conducted an in-depth exchange with Mr. Wang Dongyue, General Manager of the Economic Development Center of Gu'an Industrial New City.
The Gu'an Industrial New City was established with the global wisdom, resources and capital aggregated by CFLD. With an international perspective, the park is able to combine the successful international experience with the real situation in Gu'an to attract high-end industries and to realize a geometric growth of the economic aggregation. The Gu'an mode has been highly recognized by various sectors and industries, and is now applied to other new city projects by CFLD.

The one-week visit was successfully concluded with fruitful results. The delegation not only gained a further understanding of the real estate operation modes but also learned from the successful practices and experience in project promotion, management services and resource integration. We believe that in the near future, under the guidance of the management led by General Manager Wang Yuanyuan, Chidea will embark on its own path towards innovation with its own unique development modes.
