Zhang Guangning, Member of the Standing Committee of Qingyuan Municipal CPC Committee and Director of the Organization Department, led a mission to the Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University. Du Shaopeng, Executive Deputy District Mayor of Qingcheng District, Lin Zhongji, Party Secretary of Dongcheng Street Neighborhood Committee, Zhang Jinhui, Deputy Secretary of Dongcheng Street Neighborhood Committee and other officials joined the mission. Yu Fei, General Manager of Times Property Qingyuan Company, Li Hongcan, Chief Development Officer of Qingyuan Company, and Xiao Hongbin, Principal of the Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University, accompanied the official delegation and briefed the delegation on the construction and operation of the primary school.

During the visit, Yu Fei, General Manager of Times Property Qingyuan Company, introduced to Zhang Guangning and other officials the investment and construction of the school, expressed the care and support from Times Property to the project, and stated the commitment of Times Property to and the ideas on the active participation in creating high-quality private education facilities. Xiao Hongbin, the principal, also briefed the delegation on the education philosophy as well as the operation in the first year. The education and the management of the school is kept align with that of the main campus to focus on the sustainable development of the school and the continuous development of the children. Zhang Guangning also expressed his support to and recognition of Times Property's contribution to the prosperity of Qingyuan City as well as the development of private education in the local area.

Times Property's move to introduce the Affiliated Primary School of SCNU, the best among the Top 100 Primary Schools in China, further illustrated the significance of its contribution to the exploration and practice in terms of the integrated development of the community education in Qingyuan. As an important member of the private education institution in Qingyuan, the Affiliated Primary School of SCNU has received much attention from the local society since day one of its settlement. The visit led by Zhang Guangning also showed that the local government attached great importance to the school. The establishment of the school will further improve the level and quality of elementary education and to facilitate the sustainable and balanced development of the elementary education in Qingyuan, and thus will exert profound influence on the prosperity of the local area.
