Times Culture Complex Cultural and Creative Industrial Park (the “Times Culture Complex”) is a creative industrial park incorporating commercial properties. As a masterpiece by Times Property, the park has become a major project for study tour since its opening. In the late October, three delegations paid their respective visits to Times Culture Complex, including the Public Asset Management Office of Dali County of Foshan, the Qingdao Development Zone and the Youth League Committee of the Zumiao Neighborhood Administration Committee of Chancheng District of Foshan, and unanimously sang high praise of it.

·Delegation Visit to Times Culture Complex

On October 21^st, the delegation of the Public Asset Management Office of Dali County, Foshan visited the Technology Business Incubator and learned about the project model of Times Culture Complex. The delegation sat at the meeting with the staff from the project and had an intensive discussion on the successful conversion of the former industrial land into commercial properties. 

On October 22^nd, the delegation of the Qingdao Development Zone came to the complex and learned about the industrial structure planned for the commercial properties. They showed strong interest in the business incubator program, and they hoped to apply the successful experience to their own projects.

On October 29^th, the delegation of the Youth League Committee of the Zumiao Neighborhood Administration Committee of Chancheng District of Foshan visited Times Culture Complex. They focused on the Museum of Migrant Workers, the Fingerprints of Migrant Workers and the U+ Entrepreneurial Community. They also visited the City Imprint Park to see the life scenes of migrant workers restored in the park and experienced the enthusiasm and vitality of entrepreneurs in the Youth Entrepreneurship Base.
