The 1st Times Property Architecture Color Scheme Competition Successfully Concluded
The 1st Times Property Architecture Color Scheme Competition was successfully concluded on 6th November 2015. After two months of tendering, the judge panel finally came up with one first prize winner, two second prize winners and three third prize winners for the competition based on their professional evaluation as well as the style and design concept of Times Property's products.

Chen Hongrong, Director of the Design and R&D Center of Times Property, Xiang Jie, Director of the China Architecture Design and Research Group, and the staff from the Product R&D Department attended the awarding ceremony on the afternoon. Ms. Chen Hongrong and Mr. Xiang Jie announced the winners and granted the certificates and prizes to the winners.
·The Competition
The competition received active respond from the students of the South China University of Technology. The panel reviewed high quality color schemes from the students of the School of Architecture, which fully showcased what they have learnt and their dedication to the livable city in the future. All the unique schemes were designed based on the preference of today's young people, representing the forward-looking aesthetic taste of the new generation of designers. The competition also became a platform for the students to show their creativity, positive view towards life and their aspiration for the beauty of a healthy life.

Taking the theme of "Design 'Times'", the competition was the first of its kind as an open event to include the university students in architecture design. We are expecting more university students' participation in the design of Times buildings to bring Times Property's products closer to people's daily life and to the shared taste in today's society. The event, as a way to show the company's concept of creating "people-first housing", furthered our understanding of the aesthetic taste of the young generation towards housing.
