Sixteen badminton teams competed with each other in the 1^st KOHLER & Property Developer Badminton Classic recently co-organized by the Fangcaiquan and KOHLER (China) Investment Co., Ltd. All participants came from the renowned real estate developers and related enterprises in China, including Vanke, Evergrande, Poly, China Merchants Group, Yuexiu Group, Times Property, Fineland Group, Shui On Land, Guangdong Holdings, Bravo Group, Guangwu Real Estate, Hon Kwok Land Investment, Plateno Group, KOHLER and Fangcaiquan.

Times Property organized the Times Team led by Mr. Bai Xihong, VP in charge of the Operation Management Center, to compete with all the top players from Times' counterparts. The team went all out and won the first place in the group match with an excellent track record.

In the second round, Times Team was against the Poly Team, an archrival at the game. Times sent the best players onto the court and defeated the opponent in three games in a row, which secured the ticket for Times to the final.

The final rang the bell between Times and Guangwu. Although at their first encounter, Times had defeated Guanagwu, the latter remained competitive and could not be ignored, especially their first echelon of men’s singles and men’s doubles. After three rounds of fierce competition, Times won the champion of the 1st KOHLER & Property Developers Badminton Classic.

The competition became the tie of friendship among all real estate developers, and enriched employees' life after work. Times Team, the champion of the game, fully showcased the corporation culture of Times Property and also played their role as the ambassador of Times' brand image.
