The awarding ceremony of Star Office Buildings of Yuexiu District was hosted at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Center on November 24^th 2015. Times Property was elected as the 4-Star Office Building thanks to its excellent property management services and its good reputation.

·The Election of Star Office Buildings of Yuexiu District

This election has been designed to award good examples of office building and set high benchmark for the industry. It also aimed to push forward the development of the commercial real estate economy in the district by developing its own features and to foster its own brands. Government officials of Yuexiu District, including three deputy district majors, Chen Lingli, Lai Zhihong and Bian Yong, attended the ceremony and presented the awards to the winners.

The election of star office building in Yuexiu district was initiated in this July. After four months of review and assessment by the experts, 30 star office buildings were elected, including three 5-star projects, six 4-star projects, and twenty-one 3-star projects.
