"China’s Best Employer Award Ceremony 2015 and Guangzhou Annual Award Ceremony" kicked off at Banquet Hall, 3/F, W Hotel, Guangzhou in the afternoon of January 14. Having already won the "China’s Best Employer" award, Times Property was again honored as a "Top 30 Best Employer in Guangzhou."

The event was jointly initiated by Zhaopin.com and the Peking University Research Center on Social Responsibilities of Enterprise and Communication of Employer Brands. Based on study results, and in reference to the opinions of an expert panel, a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of six primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators was established. Additionally, questionnaires and scoring criteria were formulated for different stages of the research project, thus providing quantitative, real-world indicators for the "soft power" of the employer's brand and depicting the necessary characteristics of the "best employer" through the application of a clearly defined metric.

China’s Best Employer Award Ceremony 2015 designations were based on a survey of more than 700 companies in Guangzhou, some of which were already listed in the Fortune 500. Times Property was named to the list of "Top 30 Best Employers in Guangzhou," for which Ms. Xia Min, manager of the Times Group's Human Resource Center, accepted the award from the organizing committee.

In the future, Times Property will thus redouble its effort to accrue a diverse talent pool, encourage the growth of its employees and be a driving force in development as an enterprise that truly embodies its guiding "life stylist" concept.
