January 15 brought the award ceremony for the fourth Guangdong Top Ten Harmonious Communities Selection co-sponsored by Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute and Yangcheng Evening News. Times Property, by virtue of its diversified community cultural activities and the harmonious, friendly community culture, was honored as an "Excellent Property Management Company."

·"Yangcheng Cultural Caravan" Enters Times Communities 

Times communities feature a harmonious, friendly atmosphere, abundantly demonstrating the philosophy, "Your home and my home belong to one home." The entry of "Yangcheng Cultural Caravan" into Times communities marked the fourth time that Times Property Management has been part of the Guangdong Top Ten Harmonious Communities selection process. The neighborhoods of Times communities are imbued with warmth and affection, as is evidenced by events such as "Song and Dance in Celebration of the New Year" by Times City (Foshan), "New Fashion of Environmental Protection" by Laguna Garden (Guangzhou), "Paper Cutting for the New Year" by Times Rose Garden (Guangzhou), and "Neighborhood Melody" by Times Laguna (Guangzhou).
