An event titled "Hand in Hand for a Bright Future: 2015 Times Property's Reciprocal Banquet for Media" was held on January 20 at the Convention Center of Culture Complex. Present at this banquet were Guangzhou's mainstream media leaders, including Mr. Sun Xuan, president of New Express Daily; Mr. Sun Bo, Party Committee Secretary of Times Media; Ms. Ding Sha, director of the News and Information Center of Xinhua News Agency Guangdong Branch; Ms. Xie Yanxia, editorial board member of Southern Metropolis Daily; and Mr. Li Youxiang, deputy general manager of the Nanfang Daily Advertising Center; Mr. Liang Hui, assistant to the president of Times Property Group and leader in charge of the Group's Brand Management Department; and Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Property CHIDEA.

Before the banquet, friends from the media circle savored the exhibition of A Pu's paintings, called "Me and the World," at the Culture Complex under the sponsorship of the Times Property Charity Foundation. The banquet got underway at seven o'clock in the evening. Mr. Liang Hui, assistant to the president of Times Property Group and leader in charge of the Group's Brand Management Department, expressed the Group's appreciation to all the media for their support and trust during the past year, whereupon she introduced the brands of Times Property and its performances for 2015. Subsequently, Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Property CHIDEA, outlined the business activities and key projects of CHIDEA and invited all major media in Guangzhou to extend support for the development of CHIDEA's commercial real property.

Wonderful vocal performances and a special lottery drawing spiced up the banquet, making for an active, entertaining event. In the conclusion of the lottery drawing, CHIDEA offered a painting by A Pu--which was obtained by auction at the annual council meeting of the Times Property Charity Foundation--as the grand prize, with assurance that it would go to a lucky participant.

Times Property's contract sales volume reached approximately RMB 19.508 billion in 2015, for an increase of 28% over the same period of the previous year. The figure surpasses the target for the year, thanks to record-setting sales. In 2016, Times Property will maintain its corporate strategy of "focusing on regions, clients and business" as it moves forward, hand in hand, with all main media both at home and abroad, "helping more people achieve the life to which they can look forward."
