A heavily publicized 50-kilometer hike organized mainly by Times Property got underway at eight o'clock in the morning on March 26, 2016. Following the lead of Mr. Zhou Siyang, general manager of the Foshan Branch, more than 300 Times Property staff members dressed in marked uniforms started out from Nanhai Huoshui Park. The activity offered five distinct routes,attracting nearly 200,000 participants which made Foshan quite bustling.The five routes across Foshan— just like five ropes—were served to tightly connect the Times staff and the energetic people of Foshan.

It was a sunny day touched with a fresh breeze that made it perfect for hiking. Many staff members had arrived at the starting point before the meeting time and  warmed up, taking selfies or encouraging each other, thus creating an energetic atmosphere. Their enthusiasm for this 50-kilometer trek--the subject of citywide attention--was contagious. 

The ever-enthusiastic Times Property staff, smiling as they went, brought cheers of encouragement from spectators up and down the routes. Dressed in yellow T-shirts, they drew attention for their vigor at the starting point, and throughout the journey they sought to inspire civic pride in all who saw the event. They could be seen both on the shake-your-phone site and  before the sign-in desks. The sight of so many yellow T-shirts was truly impressive.

Mr. Zhou, general manager of the Foshan Branch, in a TV interview before the activity, said, "Times Property will spare no effort to support this activity. It is our love for--and responsibility toward--society. We hope to be a role model that will help bring more people to this activity and demonstrate the vitality of Foshan to the entire nation."

The addition of a cheering squad was very important to the success of the event. Their cheers and words of encouragement filled the participants with strength and perseverance needed to complete the trek.

The 50-kilometer hike has received praise from every sector in Foshan. As a major event with the ability to attract more than 200,000 participants, it was covered by China Central Television and reported in the 7 p.m. broadcast of Xinwen Lianbo, thus demonstrating considerable influence.

The hike also represented an opportunity for generally office-bound employees to exercise, and therefore it inspired their enthusiasm for activity and a healthy lifestyle. Foshan is the hometown of martial arts, and accordingly exercise and sports are part of the culture. The success of the activity is attributed to the people of Times Property and the citizens who participated. The event was emblematic of the passion and vigor that Times Property brings to Foshan. The core values of "love, commitment and creation" are embodied in the spirit of sportsmanship. Through this activity, Times Property has presented a gift to Foshan. Moreover, it has made a strong impression on the citizens, who now associate the company with youthfulness and vitality.
