Every enterprise should bear a sense of commitment to education as a social responsibility. Times Property earnestly fulfills that responsibility through all of its activities, each of which is directed toward growth and community prosperity. For example, Times Property founded the Guangzhou Times Property Charity Foundation in 2003, marking education as its primary focus. Over the past 12 years, the Charity Foundation has endeavored to support educational development. It has donated 13 Hope primary schools nationwide and helped 20,000 children in underdeveloped areas to finish their schooling. Moreover, it has established scholarships and grants at universities and aided nearly 1,000 students, and has set up funds at middle schools to award and support teachers. In the days to come, the Charity Foundation and South China Normal University will strengthen their partnership to promote educational development, working hand in hand for the development and progress of China.
