The final awards ceremony of the Real Estate Planning Competition of Guangzhou College of Commerce fully sponsored by Times City (Foshan) was held on the evening of May 17, 2016, at Guangzhou College of Commerce, with the enthusiastic attendance of professional marketing personnel from Times Property, who served as judges.

The members of the participating teams, after testing feasibility and taking all the factors into consideration, based on their presentations in the semifinal round, drafted final marketing plans, for which they made presentations and oral defenses. Each of the ten finalist teams made a remarkable presentation, and all of their members contributed opinions in the oral-defense phase. Thus, the judges could make their final decision only after prudent negotiation and discussion.

After one month's fierce contest, the W.E. team, which had succeeded in the preliminary and stood out in the semifinal, won the championship and was awarded an RMB 3,000 prize.

The "Times Property Cup" Real Estate Planning Competition of Guangzhou College of Commerce then came to a conclusion amid thunderous applause, which was well deserved by all the participating teams. Real-estate marketing is a realm of boundless creativity and intellect, so the next competition will be eagerly awaited.
