       August 2012 was a good month for Times King City (Zhongshan). It was a month when Times King City (Zhongshan) received a good reputation from landscaping experts, stood out from other premises and won the award "2011-2012 Excellent Exemplary Project in Landscape of Guangdong." It was ranked top among the six winners in Zhongshan. The success of Times King City (Zhongshan) is a reward for staff responsible for the project, at the same time shows public acknowledgment toward the project.

       The design and construction of Times King City (Zhongshan) strictly followed national, provincial and industrial standards while adopting advanced materials and techniques. Under the cooperation of Design Department, Project Department, Cost Department and our partner (Nature & Gardening CO., Ltd.), an innovative landscape was shown in the demonstration area of Phase I. It combines modernization with simplicity and a flexible design. By using indigenous plants and local building materials, the demonstration area presents a natural landscape. The intelligent use of natural resources brings ecological benefits, social benefits as well as economic benefits. Every detail in the project is a reflection of Times King City (Zhongshan)'s high-level design and quality. Soon after Phase I came on stage, it was acknowledged by the Construction Bureau of Zhongshan.

       Despite the award, we continue the way to innovation. The project team in Zhongshan will strive to improve the quality and management of landscaping, contributing to a better living environment in Guangdong.
