       On February 24, 2013, "Friendly Neighbors, Happy Community: Top 10 Friendly Communities in Guangdong," which was sponsored by Yangcheng Evening News, Guangdong Women's Federation, Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute and co-sponsored by YIHE Real Estate, concluded in success at the YIHE Summer Palace, Huadu District. Times Peanut (Guangzhou) of Times Property was designated as one of the "Top 10 Friendly Communities," marking another contribution to Times Property's "Glorious 2013."

       After three months, a series of activities around 28 communities and one month-long discussion, Times Peanut (Guangzhou), along with Lijiang Garden, YIHE Summer Palace Golf Chateau, Mingyue Community and six other communities were designated as "Top 10 Friendly Communities." On the day of the ceremony, the sponsors expressed their wish to make these "star communities" an example for other communities that are trying to make their residents' lives better. With the "positive energy" of these star communities we can build a kind of friendly community culture and use the power of culture to change the atmosphere of daily life in our communities.

       Since 2012, Times Peanut (Guangzhou) and other communities of Times Property have made efforts to enrich owners' daily life in communities, build community culture and strengthen communications between owners and Times Property, among owners, and between owners and Times Property Management. Times Property has held many activities with novel themes for owners, such as monthly birthday parties for owners, the "Beautiful New Neighborhood" series and "Old Product Replacement." All these activities have won strong support from owners and had a positive impact in the strengthening harmony among neighbors and communities.
