Times Property and Zhongshan Post Office Issue the First Scented Stamps in China

On March 23 and 24, 2013, an exhibition of rare stamps was held by Times Property and the Zhongshan Post Office in the sales center of Times King City (Zhongshan). In the exhibition, visitors could not only see the "1980 Monkey Stamp," "Panda Coin" and "Chrysanthemum Stamp Set" valued at more than RMB 1 million but could also attend the release ceremony of the first scented stamps in China--"Peach Blossom"--on the afternoon of March 23. It was a good time for peach blossoms.

Visitors included members of Zhongshan Philatelic Society, local citizens and philatelists from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Parents brought their children to see stamps and taught them about philately. In order to let more people take part in this meaningful activity, the organizer held a quiz show and raffle drawing. In addition to the stamp exhibition, there was an auction of stamp albums signed by Professor Wu Guanying, a famous painter from Zhongshan. It was exciting for everyone.

Times King City (Zhongshan), which inherits the characteristics of Mount Blanc mansions, is built in accordance with the standards of Times Property's mansion construction and stands close to the Qi River Business District. The Fuhua Business District is within a three-minute ride, and the West District and its surrounding facilities are within a five-minute ride. Jusco, with its 80,000-square-meter business district, will bring immense potential for appreciation to Times King City Management. A project of N+1 and even N+2 house types, a top-level Hong Kong-style club, swimming pools built in line with international standards, 800-square-meter lawns and neoclassical gardens combine for a high-quality lifestyle!
