       March 29, 2013, "Hui's Voice and Silhouette (Hui Sheng Hui Ying)" 2013 Zhou Hui Concert Tour had its first concert at Guangzhou Xinghai Concert Hall. This beautiful "promise" was brought to the audience by Times and Bund (Guangzhou), the artistic mansion of Times Property.
