More than a Thousand Children Enjoy Playing Policemen at Eolia Town
From April 13 to May 5, Times Eolia City (Zhuhai) fostered a dreamlike "Eolia Town," a large career-experience activity for children. Over the span of the event, "Eolia Town" has attracted more than 1,000 children from Zhuhai and Macau SAR. As the kids played, their parents could see the benefit it had for them.
Eolia Town, located at the Sales Center of Times Eolia City (Zhuhai), boasts the pretend Eolia School, Eolia Hospital, Eolia Police Station, Eolia Bank, Eolia Mall, Eolia Canteen and so on. Careers like doctors, nurses, teachers, policemen and policewomen, account managers at banks, cooks in the canteen, waiters and waitresses made it fun for the children to explore the workaday world of grownups.
It is reported that the activity would continue for nearly one month, and children can sign up to participate. Before "working" and realizing their dreams in the town, they have to be trained and graduate from the school. Meanwhile, after accomplishing their tasks and getting paid, they can deposit their salaries in the bank or spend them in the mall or canteen so as to enjoy the fruits of their efforts.
In this activity, the children could learn the meaning of work, savings and consumption in an entertaining, productive way. Thus the pretend town helped to cultivate their personalities, capabilities of teamwork, thinking, hands-on skills and creativity. Many parents said their kids had learned a lot in the activity, adding that they hoped Times Property could hold more enlightening community events such as this one.
Times Property, in expressing the unique philosophy of "life stylist," has been committed to creating diverse communities based on progressive guidance and studies paired with the value of experience. This career-oriented activity for children signifies another successful effort by Times Property to illustrate the pursuit of enriching lifestyles in the community.
