       Over the three-day period of April 29 to May 1, Times City (Foshan) held a parent-child carnival with the theme of "Joy City in May." There were games like Fruit Ninja and the Labyrinth of Dreams and Fishes, and owners and visitors could enjoy beautifully prepared Japanese cuisine.
 

       Various activities have been held every week beginning in March. The owners of Times King City (Foshan) as well as residents from southwestern Sanshui came, and many said the tour to Times King City (Foshan) was a very pleasant experience.
 

       On April 29, a condo tour from Mumsnet came early. At ten o'clock in the morning, over 160 netizens of Mumsnet from Guangzhou and Foshan came in three coaches. Children rushed in to play games while the adults showed strong interest in Times City (Foshan) with its high cost-performance value. They gathered around the salesperson and listened to the details of the project, and some took their children to see the sample apartments.

       The netizens of GZMAMA all spoke highly of the affordable models, reasonable pricing, brands of developers and upcoming support facilities at Times City (Foshan). While only a small portion of them came for the investment value, most were interested because they could move in right after purchase as they were here for the purpose of improving their quality of life.

       In the house-purchase boom season of May, Times City (Foshan) gave a great gift to the whole city, whereby a luxuriously decorated four-bedroom apartment of 88 to 112 m2 could be purchased for RMB 50,000. In May, hundreds of pieces of merchandise will be sold at RMB 1 and up. Additionally, each weekend there will be a raffle drawing of brand household appliances, a food-themed festival and other interesting events. On weekends from May 18, Times City (Foshan) will hold a children's experience event of "Eday Town," in which kids can explore a make-believe version of the adult world.
