Participate in the International Yacht Expo: Ocean Times (Guangzhou) Plays a Leading Role in the New
From May 10, 2013 to May 12, 2013, the mysterious veil of China (Guangzhou) International Boat Show was uncovered at Zone B of the Pazhou Complex. Amid the theme of "Nansha Primary Villas with ann Ocean View," the indoor exhibition pavilion of Ocean Times (Guangzhou) received a rapturous welcome from the attendants.
The three-day exhibition consisted of indoor, outdoor and water exhibition rooms, attracting over 100 brands from more than 20 countries and regions. Various high-end luxuries like splendid yachts, top sports cars, helicopters and motor boats were exhibited, which brought the attendants substantial visual enjoyment.
It is safe to say that Ocean Times (Guangzhou) shone brightly in the exhibition because a large number of attendants had gathered outside its exhibition hall, showing their great interest in the new lifestyle--the yacht generation advocated by the project--and speaking highly of the mutual supplementary enhancement between high-end, fashionable yachts and the Nansha primary ocean-view villas.
As the only coastal property in the national new district, the project is in close proximity to the Nansha Marina, boasting the exceptional resources of Times Eolia City, which provides infinite possibilities of the new lifestyle for the yacht generation along with famous designer John Jacobs' international-level support facilities such as the 36-hole Nansha Golf Course. Moreover, a seven-star art club unique to Times Ocean (Guangzhou) is under construction, with completion scheduled for this year. With that completion, the support facilities in the coastal property will be even better.
The 56 Eolia sky villas of 280 m2 at Ocean Times (Guangzhou) are now being eagerly registered. The site offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains, lakes and ocean, and the five-room apartments feature a free flow of air from south to north. More importantly, in the rest area of the luxurious hall, reminiscent of a six-star hotel, one can appreciate the attractive view of 80,000-square-meter Mirror Lake through the French window. Here starts a perfect coastal life, which combines rare landscape resources.
