       On May 18, the clubhouse of Times King City (Qingyuan), the first project of Times Property in Qingyuan, was officially initiated, drawing unprecedented attention from the industry. Lin Chiling, an international superstar, attended the ceremony and even subscribed for a suite on the spot. She also presented the golden ears of wheat, which symbolized hot sales to Times King City (Qingyuan).

       As the first project of Times Property in Qingyuan, it boasts Qingyuan's top sports clubhouse, with 6,000 square meters. On the opening day it was estimated that there were over 3,000 guests and audience members present with hundreds of meters of traffic.        As the highlight of the day, the launching ceremony of the superb 6,000-square-meter clubhouse was held. In the ceremony, Lin Chiling cut the ribbon alongside the senior Group executives such as Li Weihong, the assistant to the president of Times Property, and Yu Fei, general manager of the Qingyuan Branch, announcing the official opening of the top clubhouse which would be available to homeowners for free.

       During the ceremony, Lin Chiling was full of praise for Times King City (Qingyuan). She expressed her appreciation of the concept of "life stylist" of Times Property, saying she thought that life was art and art was life. She added that the clubhouse of Times King City was extremely large and the ratio of saleable area to floor area was high (some parts of the clubhouse even have a ratio of almost 90%), which was much more practical than that in Taipei. Additionally, she personally purchased a suite there, which was a great surprise to the prospective homeowners who might have the chance to be neighbors with Lin Chiling.

       It is expected that Times King City (Qingyuan) will be grandly launched on May 25.
