       A lecture was given at No. 10 Art Gallery of Times Bund (Guangzhou) on how private enterprises can enter the capital market on June 6, 2013. It unveiled the mystery of how enterprises become listed and popularize the general knowledge of capital markets. From the gathering attended by many famous enterprises at Bund late last year, to the salon titled "Investment and Financing Techniques and Market Direction Determination of Enterprises" held on April 27, to the evening party held for elites from the class of enterprise presidents in May, to the lecture on finance and economics given by Professor Richard Muo, Times Bund (Guangzhou), Times Property’s artistic villa, has evidently won increasing support from white-collar business elites. It is equally evident that Times Property’s management concept has been well received and highly praised by society.

       

       Professor Richard Muo, in discussing how private enterprises enter the capital market, made the following points: 1. One must take the productivity expansion of enterprises, market exploration and brand establishment into great consideration. 2. An enterprise with good resources and a plan for capital market entry should strengthen itself before the time comes to make such an entry. 3. Lurking uncertainties in company listings require great care in the reform of share-splitting. Because the audience mainly comprised owners of private enterprises, they were very interested in the lecture. Some clients attended out of admiration for Professor Richard Muo and listened intently.

       The lecture on capital market entry held at No. 10 Art Gallery of Times Bund (Guangzhou) therefore sparked a collision between art and capitalism.
