       On June 13, 2013, "2013 Qingyuan Third-Quarter Prevention of Major and Larger Construction Production Safety Accidents and Safety Production Emergency Rescue Drills," organized by the Qingyuan Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau and co-organized by Times Property Qingyuan Branch, was held at Times King City (Qingyuan). Zhang Wangjun, director of the Qingyuan Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau, along with the heads of county (city and district) housing and urban-rural construction bureaus of Qingyuan, heads of city-owned and nonlocal construction companies stationed in Qingyuan, and heads of city-owned projects under construction, attended the meeting, bringing the total to approximately 200 people.

       Deputy Director Zhang Wangjun, during the meeting, passed on the main spirit of the national videophone conference on the prevention of major and larger construction production safety accidents. Afterward, Manager Yi Lei of Times King City (Qingyuan), as the company's representative, shared his experiences in project management and safe production, talked about the corporate philosophy of "surprising the customer with our quality and pleasing the customer with our service," and expressed his objective and determination of always putting construction safety first and creating a comfortable living environment for people.

       The attendees watched the emergency rescue drills at Times King City (Qingyuan). Safety knowledge was enhanced by drills, and the comprehensive skills and qualities of management staff were promoted. The event was very instructive for the prevention of accidents that can otherwise occur due to a lack of knowledge in regard to safety.

       Officials from the housing and urban-rural construction bureaus also visited projects under construction by Times King City (Qingyuan), learned about their quality management and control experience, and expressed their approval.

       The attendees all spoke favorably of the Times King City (Qingyuan) project, giving recognition to Times Property as a "life stylist."
