       On July 13, the grand Times King City (Qingyuan) First Thanksgiving Banquet for the Owners was held at Zhuhai Fresh Alley in Qingyuan. Based on the theme "King City Banquet," the event attracted approximately 300 owners who attended on invitation. The scene was rich in enthusiasm, and a series of exciting activities contributed to the weekend banquet.

          

       The banquet officially started at 19:00, but many owners arrived as early as 17:30. Huizai, the famous host of Public Attention, chaired the banquet, which was attended by the project leaders.

       The banquet began with sand painting, demonstrating the detailed development of Times Property's Times King City (Qingyuan), the first million-square-meter project in Qingyuan. Subsequently, performances ranging from jujitsu to band concerts were given. When the laser dance--the most important performance of the banquet--was shown, all the owners on the spot suspended their eating and focused on the dancers, pushing the event to a high point.

       During the banquet, the host had random interviews with some owners, and a Mr. Li gave his praise: "Thank you very much for inviting me to the banquet. I've heard that the houses and clubs of the project are very attractive, so I'll pay a visit with my family next week." In the last part of the banquet, a lottery drawing was held, where various prizes were sent to the surprised owners, and the lucky dog who won the 50-cun (1 cun = 1.3 inches) LCTV was extremely happy. The banquet was concluded at 21:30, and all the owners and their friends were very satisfied. Moreover, some owners made friends with their future neighbors through the banquet, and the scene was one of talk, laughter and warmth.

       The first products of Times King City (Qingyuan) have been sold, and its exquisite houses and excellent support facilities have been well received by the owners. Meanwhile, the registration for Building 6 and Building 8, with a double garden view, continues. It is believed that Times King City (Qingyuan) will carry forward the principle of "quality surprising to the customer, with service moving to the customer" and show its charm to the citizens.
