During National Day Golden Week, More than 20 Times Bund Apartments Are Sold for a Sales Volume Equa

    This year’s Golden Week not only witnessed an intense and high atmosphere at scenic spots around the country, but the real estate market has also been a focus of public attention. Tens of thousands of people poured into the sale centers. Some people even bought houses while traveling in Hainan. Thus a rigid demand prevailed in the housing market. The first Chaoshan Cultural Festival, hosted by Times Bund, the river-view aesthetic mansions located on Shajiao Island, Panyu District, also attracted quite a few clients, during which more than 20 luxurious mansions were sold in Golden Week, each with a price of tens of millions of RMB, in which the total sales revenue amounted to at least RMB 200 million.





    On October 1, the book launch of the Folk Stories and Customs of Chaoshan Regions of the first Chaoshan Cultural Festival supported by Times Bund was solemnly held at the No. 10 Art Gallery of Times Bund. Mr. Cai Yungui, the then secretary of the Communist party group of
Guangdong Provincial Writers’ Association, and Chen Jie, leader of the Times Bund project, extended enthusiastic congratulations on the publication of the book. On October 2, selections of Teochew Opera, mainly based on historical legends, were performed one after another in the sumptuous art palace of Times Bund, attracting most of Chaoshan culture lovers to appreciate the spectacle. On the spot, there was also traditional handicraft art teaching and an exhibition of Teochew embroidery, wood carving and so on. All the spectators were fascinated by these wonders. Additionally, Chaoshan cuisine and world-famous Gongfu tea were offered to clients for seven consecutive days, giving visitors an opportunity to taste genuine Teochew food culture as well as the pursuit of excellence in Chaoshan culture.
