From December 5 to 12, 2013, buildings No. 21 to No. 25 of Times City (Foshan) Phase III were gradually delivered following exquisite buildings No. 35 to No. 39 in this July.

Although Times Property has a tight delivery schedule of 8,200 furnished units and over 2,900 non-furnished ones in 2013, dwellers have been content with the new homes by now thanks to the sound orderly service of high quality. As a new year is approaching, many projects are going to be delivered.

In total delivery of almost 500 units was finished in eight days. The delivery ceremony was organized outside the shops of Times City (Foshan) Phase III. Despite the cold, the delivery site was still bustling. With light music playing, the delivery process was filled with joy and happiness. The activity site had prepared various candies, foods and a lucky drawing of generous household electrical appliances for the owners, adding happiness to the handover site.

In the process, Foshan branch provided owners with "Handover Process," "Building Inspection Manual" and other information so that they could have clear guidance during the building-inspection period. Together with one-to-one accompaniment by professional engineers, the inspection process went smoothly and meticulously.
