The lingering taste from the All-sheep Banquet for owners held at the beginning of March hasn't faded away completely when Times Harbor (Zhuhai) for the second time became the center of attention in the whole city. The Phase II of this project was released to the public and half an hour before our office hour there were hundreds waiting in the rain in our Times Harbor Plaza. In addition, our large-scale dinosaur exhibition also opens up to the public in March and visitors are able to see the grandeur of these prehistoric monstrosities with their own eyes.

Our Times Harbor Sales Center was soon flooded with crowds after we officially opened up at 9:30. Despite the cold and drizzling weather, the passion of visitors for our Times Harbor seemed to be on the rise; in no more than 2 hours, the number of visitors totaled a thousand.

Visitors all show deep interest in the dinosaur exhibition and many expressed that this was the first time for them to see a dinosaur show of such a large scale. Since it was so educative, they even brought their children with them. When viewing the design of our sample rooms, most of the visitors didn't grudge their compliments on Times Harbor's high decoration standard and artistic atmosphere found almost everywhere in our real estate.

The reason why Times Harbor spent a huge budget in this large-scale dinosaur show is both a gesture of appreciation for Zhuhai people and to announce our strong confidence in becoming a significant landmark in Zhuhai. The exhibition will continue to be open to the public until March 23; visitors will not only be able to enjoy the magnificence of prehistoric dinosaurs but also enjoy dinosaur set meals, and take home exquisite dinosaur toys. During weekends we even have a luck drawing for iPads awaiting visitors at Times Harbor.

The phase II of Times Harbor has huge upgrades and the fine decor apartments with 80 to 160 squares meters are going away as the clock ticks down. Any consumer who succeeds in registration with earnest money now will have a 5% off on the total cost of the apartment, which makes the average price for per square meter no more than RMB 7300.

Times Harbor project is located in the Pingsha New Town of Gaolan Port Economic Zone, in which our country has invested over RMB 180 billion. The total floor area of it is as large as 250,000 square meters and it was produced by HS Architects, a joint venture by Chinese and Hong Kong investors. It is really a yardstick project for high-end residential areas in this zone.

Times Harbor enjoys well-evolved transportation networks; a five-minute drive will take one to a state-level scenic resort "Ocean Spring Resort" which has received a state investment as huge as RMB 16.5 billion. It is also directly linked to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway and Gaolan Port Expressway are open for traffic presently.

Times Harbor plans to build the largest commercial center in the zone and has already introduced a world-renowned film company and a chain hypermarket. China Mobile has also agreed to set a branch in our area; we are sure that anything needed for daily life will be easily accessible at Times Harbor.

Times Harbor cherishes a province-level standard kindergarten, a garden and swimming pool of 1200 square meters, a top-level creative life mansion, surrounding schools, banks, hospitals as well as other living facilities you can come up with.

The GDP per capita at Gaolan Port has reached USD 20,000, a level reached only by developed countries in the world; however, the housing price here is one of the lowest in the whole Zhuhai City, making it clearly an investment cornucopia.
