On March 21, 2014, the Forum on Corporate Projects (Phase III of Spring) of Foshan Ancestral Temple (Zumiao) Junior Chamber of Commerce was held at Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan). Leaders of relevant authorities in Zumiao Sub-district and more than 20 enterprises participated in this forum, building a platform for close cooperation and communication between the government and enterprises, and among different enterprises.

During the forum, the atmosphere was congenial and pleasant. To begin with, Zhou Siyang, the general manager of the Foshan branch, welcomed the leaders from the two parties and wished the success of the forum. Then Zhang Huabin, the vice-general manager of the Marketing Department, introduced the development and key real estate projects of Times Property to the guests.

Next, the leaders watched the sand table and visited the model units of Times Cloud Atlas and the adorable Doraemon Exhibition. Afterwards they drove to the Culture Complex and paid a visit to the Museum of Migrant Workers, the Gallery of Industrial Upgrading, and the Erchongtian Western Restaurant respectively. The visiting guests from the Chamber praised the elegant and cozy environment of the project and its artistic atmosphere for several times. They said the Culture Complex had vitalized the old buildings of Guangzhou and highlighted the perfect combination of architecture and the art of living.

Enterprises involving industries like real estate, banking, tourism, technology, software, tea, and traditional cultures etc. were visited this time. Leaders of relevant departments in Zumiao were also invited. Through visits and exchange, Times Property has gained deeper understanding of those departments and enterprises, which will remarkably enhance the influence of Times Property on Chancheng District and lay a foundation for profounder and wider cooperation and communication with the government and enterprises in the future. The Foshan branch will carry on the philosophy of Times Property and take its root on Foshan to strive for government and corporate cooperation and to benefit the public with its outstanding quality and superior services.
