On April 13, 2014, brand new Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase II [Sunshine] was grandly opened and received enthusiastic attention from Qingyuan citizens and fellow developers. On the day of opening, about 1000 people gathered at the Marketing Center to witness this great event with 197 units sold in one day and a sales rate of 91.5%, which broke through the sales bottleneck of "always fewer than 100 units on Qingyuan market opening" and laid solid foundations for the Qingyuan branch to achieve its annual target.

The promotion focused on 90-m² 3-room units and 120-m² 5-room units in No. 15 Building at an average price of RMB 6,000/m² with refined decoration or a group purchase price with "RMB 50,000*0.01*0.01" off. Before the opening, the Sales Center at Time King City (Qingyuan) was crowded with owners-to-be. All seats in the waiting area were occupied and many more were standing. It was obvious that they were all excited. At 10 o'clock in the morning, Times King City was officially opened for sales. In an intense but enthusiastic atmosphere, voices of housing availability inquiry and confirmation filled the place and everyone was expecting to buy an ideal home.

Mr. Yang, joining Guangzhou Condo Tour on the 12^th, stayed the night and snapped up a unit. He was born in the eighties and has saved enough money only after four years of work in Luogang District, Guangzhou. He was very happy because a lovely home was worth four years of hard work.

Many Qingyuan locals could be seen at the Sales Center. Ms. Li just bought a 120-m² 5-room unit on a lower floor, which was not what she had expected in the first place, but she didn't mind. It was the second apartment she had bought so it was for investment. She said she trusted Times Property and its promise of "no depreciation."

Event: Leading Actress Tavia Yeung Under TVB Appears at "Times Paradise"

Besides the grand opening, "Times Paradise" was as lively as the Sales Center. Times King City (Qingyuan) held a large-scale parent-child carnival, "Times Paradise," on April 12 and 14 and on weekends of May. On May 3, the leading actress under TVB, Tavia Yeung, appeared at "Times Paradise" in person. As the first large-scale parent-child carnival of Qingyuan, "Times Paradise" attracted many citizens on the day of opening and many of them waited in a line early in the morning. Parents and children had a good time and cheerful laughter was heard everywhere. Parent-child events were held from April 12 to May 3 and interested citizens can attend. 

The hot sales were attributed to the geographic advantage in Qingyuan. Times King City (Qingyuan) is located in the core of Dongcheng, Qingyuan, only a river from the old district and a 10-minute drive from the booming Xincheng. The 90-m² 4-room units are expanded from 3 rooms and 120-m² 5-room units from 3 rooms.
