Times King City (Zhuhai) has been the focus of attention since the Marketing Center was opened in Zhuhai. On April 12, 2013, Jimmy Lin, widely known as "Little Whirlwind" in Asia and popular for his charming image as a loving father, came to Times King City and made the project the focus of Zhuhai again. On his fan meeting, Jimmy sang "The Rainy Season of Our 17^th" and other famous songs to present Zhuhai citizens a grand feast for their eyes and ears. Meanwhile, audition for the first mini-series of Zhuhai was officially underway!

Jimmy Lin and Times Property have a long history of friendship. In last December, Jimmy's presence at Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) made the greatest event of the city and helped promote the project sales performance. This fan meeting is continuation of the partnership between the "Life Stylist" and "Popular Dreamer."

On that day, thousands of fans gathered at Times King City just for a glimpse of this superstar. Before Jimmy even arrived, the event was already in a warm and exciting atmosphere in the morning. Surrounded by his loyal fans, Jimmy made his appearance at Times King City (Zhuhai) and sang "The Rainy Season of Our 17^th" among other famous songs, to which was responded with the warmest applause. The fans sang with him to bring the event to another high point. After the performance, Jimmy presented his gifts to Times King City to express his wish for successful opening sales.   

Audition for the first mini-series of Zhuhai, "Guai Wo Guo Fen Zhao Mi (Fascination)," was officially launched on the same day. It was sponsored by Times Property and Zhuhai TV Station and would be shot in Zhuhai, and the leading actors would come from a mass audition in Zhuhai.
