High Demand at the Opening: Eight Buildings of Low Cost Enjoy the Huge Popularity

Times King City (Guangzhou) Phase III had drawn extensive attention from customers since its subscription. Early at 8:15, customers and selling staff have gathered at the outdoor area for the opening. Mr. Li, one of the customers, said Nansha and Luogang districts were much far away as he works in Tianhe District. During May Day holiday: 10-Meter-Height Doraemon Appeared at Times King City (Guangzhou)

At present, most units of Times King City (Guangzhou) have been sold out, yet some of the refined houses of 94-135 m² are still on sale in limited time, with a unit price of RMB 14,000 per square meter or above. Now, RMB 10,000 for subscription could be used as RMB 50,000 in the official opening. Meanwhile, the “Zero Down Payment” Plan has been implemented, under which customers could sign up for their ideal house with a deposit of RMB 50,000 and the down payment can be paid in installments in 18 months.

In order to further repay Guangzhou citizens and provide a delighted holiday for most owners, a Doraemon Carnival will be held by Times King City (Guangzhou) during the May Day holiday. From May 1, customers subscribed for apartments on site can receive tickets to Doraemon Carnival during which a 10-meter-height Doraemon will appear at Times King City (Guangzhou).
