A few days ago, the Client Service Department of the Guangzhou branch worked with Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club, inviting clients to a sea voyage on sailing boats. Appreciating the blue sky and sea and enjoying the refreshing winds on the luxurious sailing boats, the clients were able to stay away from the noisy city and to experience the wonderful sailing. The whole journey conveyed Times Property's sincere gratitude to the owners in Ocean Times Phase III.

On May 25, 2014, the owners had already arrived at the location at 8:45, fifteen minutes ahead of the designated time, showing great interest in this activity. On the luxurious bus heading towards Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club, the company's staff members interacted with the owners. The humor and wit of the host enabled the owners to enter a state of deep relaxation without the stress of daily work.

The expectant group finally arrived at the Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club, where the curtain of the sea voyage was to be drawn. After reaching the activity venue, the owners were welcomed by wonderful scenes--breathtaking sea views, sailing boats and the beautiful sky. What's more, there were a lot of surprises given to the owners. The owners took part in the competition in groups and the humorous host brought the atmosphere to its climax. The whole event was filled with laughter. "We all feel relaxed during this journey. We owners have few chances to get together, not to mention to travel together. Therefore, the voyage does foster a harmonious relationship between us owners while giving us a chance to enjoy the wonderful scenes. It's really rare for a property developer to show such considerations to its owners," an owner from Ocean Times (Guangzhou) Phase III remarked.

Except for a variety of activities, Guangzhou branch also presented the "Ocean Times Sea Voyage Team Award" to admire the owners' team spirit. The warm scene and delighting atmosphere affected every person on the site. Undoubtedly, this activity is highly praised by the owners.

“Autonomous Region” and “Indulgence – Individual Exhibition of Pipilotti Rist”, the two international exhibitions of Guangdong Times Art Gallery, were nominated for the Annual Art Exhibition of the “AAC Art China”. The third nominator was the “Profile of Times: Thirty Years of the Contemporary Art” Exhibition held by Shanghai Contemporary Art Museum. Ultimately, the judges unanimously agreed that Annual Art Exhibition Prize of the 8^th AAC Art China went to the “Autonomous Region” Exhibition. In the warm applause, Zhao Qie received the precious prize awarded by Xie Suzhen, the famous exhibition planner and the executive curator of Yinchuan Contemporary Art Gallery.

Starting from December 2013, the 8^th AAC has lasted for as long as half a year. In the process, over 100 prestigious judges were fully engaged in the preliminary and the final selections, ensuring the objectiveness, justice and fairness of the AAC selection. Meanwhile, the participation of these judges made the prize all the more attractive and thus became an “Oscar” in the art circle.

With a history of only three years, Guangdong Times Art Gallery has always stuck to the academic orientation of the contemporary art and has constantly held high-quality international exhibitions, playing an important role in the contemporary art circle of China and even the world. The nomination of our two exhibitions and our winning of the honorary title of “Annual Best Exhibition” fully demonstrate the significance of the Times Art Gallery and its contribution to the Chinese art circle!
