During the four days between June 19 and June 22, the long-expected date finally came for the grand delivery of the second bundle of apartments at Times King City Phase I, delighting both the staff members at Times King City (Changsha) and the owners. As the number of owners present at the apartment delivery ceremony increased, the atmosphere on the site became enthusiastic. Almost everyone couldn't wait moving into their new home.

The total number of apartments delivered this time amounted to 370, all of which belonged to the second bundle of Times King City (Changsha) Phase I and most were located at Building 10, 11, and 12. Everyone on the scene would find the spot lightened by the beautiful decoration. Cozy rest areas were arranged and tasty snacks and tea were prepared beforehand by local staff members. Those owners who finished all the steps of the whole process received our specially chosen gifts at the exit. Times King City always strives to bring happiness to each of our owners with the most thoughtful service possible.

Throughout the whole delivery, staff members on the scene provided each of our respected owners with one-on-one, escort services, from finishing the procedures of the property at the reception desk, paying property management fees, to the final signing after receiving our gifts. Also, we never overlook any issue concerning our apartments however small and immaterial the issue is. During the delivery of apartments, Times King City even hired professional architectural engineers to accompany the owners in the inspection process and recorded questions raised by the owners. For instance, during apartment inspection, one of our professional architectural engineers, Mr. Zhou was highly praised by the owner of Times King City for his solicitous attitude to the owner's questions. Firstly, he passionately show the owner the way to use the keycard to the security door to each building and the design of the password as well as some instructions and advice for safety installation and use of the natural gas for cooking. Then he spent some time and carefully went over the questions raised by Mr. Yang and his family. During the whole process of answering their questions, our engineer also kept a detailed record of their prior concerns. Finally, Mr. Zhou also double-checked that there were no missing equipment or electrical appliances that had been listed on the contract and all their brands and numbers were the same as those agreed by both sides.

After meticulous inspection, Mr. Yang expressed his recognition of his new apartment's sound quality and of the thoughtful service from us. At the final step, Mr. Yang received the gift we prepared for each owner after finishing all the apartment delivery procedures.

After the four-day apartment delivery, we found that the delivery rate on the scene surpassed 90%. The whole event went smoothly in an orderly, light-hearted manner.
