On June 21, Mr. Leo Ku, a popular star in Hong Kong, paid a visit to Times City (Foshan) as a guest to the opening ceremony of the Phase IV. The news of a huge celebrity's arrival drove people from all directions Times City and soon became a heated topic for residents in Sanshui. During his first visit to Times City (Foshan) in Sanshui, Leo sang some of his classic songs and interacted warmly with those on the scene, bring a visual and audio feast to local residents.

The Big Residence Favored by Well-known Celebrities Attracts Everyone's Attention

As the biggest downtown housing project in downtown Sanshui, Times City has kept receiving the focus and favor from various celebrities since five years ago. On January 30, 2010 Times City officially released its Phase I apartments and we didn't grudge paying a large amount to invite Kelly Chen, one of the most popular superstars then, to present Sanshui people with her catchy songs. Medley by Leo Ku Excites the Fans at Times City

As one of the disciples of the cross talk master Huang Junying came on the stage, the opening ceremony for Times City Phase IV grandly began. His first song Medley was enough to fill the whole site with great excitement and even caused some exciting screams among female fans. When Leo sang his song Friendship, the fans present even stood up sing together with him. After the concert, Leo also gave Times City a "Big Mic" to wish the sale of apartments at Times City a success, for the Chinese word for "Mic" resembles the word "sale". He then said that he hopes Times City will keep launching new quality housing projects and providing local residents with high-standard residential areas. During the peak of the event, Leo joined the management of Times City Phase IV in to pouring wine into an ice-sculpture and drawing eyes on a giant lion sculpture for good luck and bliss. Times City Phase IV successfully sailed out on its maiden voyage with wishes from celebrities.
