From June 17 to June 25, 2014, Times Property Guangzhou branch held its first delivery activity after being listed. Buildings no. 7, 8 and 9 of Ocean Times (Guangzhou) Phase III, totaling 744 suites, were delivered successfully. 519 owners made appointments to get their properties on site, and over 90% presented themselves at last.

The delivery was held at the community's comprehensive building. Clear guides and professional services made customers feel at home. With distant mountains, adjacent river and sea, diversified gardens and an international standard 50-meter-long open-air swimming pool, the three Phase IIIbuildings all boast beautiful surroundings, which brought more pleasure to the owners and attracted them to take photos.

At the scene, each step took place in good order. During house inspection, house inspectors gave the owners detailed explanations on such aspects as inspection route, interior structure and materials, and application of home appliances. As for the owners' problems and suggestions, they listened carefully, wrote them down and made answers in time. Meanwhile, the house inspectors also reminded the owners to install television network and to note the safety use of natural gas. Miss Liu, an owner coming to collect the house, felt quite pleased at the explanation service and the inspection arrangement before delivery.

In the real property procedure handling zone, the receptionists carefully checked the keys and other items to be delivered for the owners, and patiently explained the contents of the formalities. Moreover, a stationary point of Agricultural Bank of China was set at the scene for the owners to open a card so that they could process the ownership transfer of water, electricity and gas rapidly. After finishing all procedures, the owners would each get a free family tool kit from Times Property. Many owners felt joyful for such a practical and delicate gift.
