Times Peanut II (Guangzhou) Football Babies Cheer for World Cup
To celebrate the World Cup, Times Peanut II (Guangzhou) sent the most popular football babies to hand out peanuts and beer at Zhujiang New Town, Linhexi and Tianhe Sports Center subway stations on July 10 and 11, drawing the attention of the white-collar workers getting off work.
Our football babies were so fascinating that when we were promoting the activity around Fortune Plaza, many people stopped by and scanned the QR code to be engaged in the activity. Some big fans even rushed to the football babies and took photos with them. A great number of foreign friends were also attracted to cheer with us when we were around CITIC Plaza.
The white-collar workers who were just off work were surprised to see the beautiful football babies. They were even more surprised at the girls' handing out peanuts and beer to people. Actually, that was what "Peanuters" meant, people who cheered for the World Cup accompanied by football babies and with peanuts and beer in hand. As our activity swept around the city, it gave rise to an inspiring and successful World Cup gala outside of Brazil. The activity wrapped up with media focus.
