The Guangzhou Branch Builds a Model Living Residence Project of Bantou Village Is Launched
The Project of Bantou Village at Nansha District of Times Property's Guangzhou branch was officially implemented on July 19, 2014. On that day, Vice President & Guangzhous Branch General Manager Mr. Bai Xihong, along with Mr. Huang Shuiyong, the vice general manager in charge of the project of the Guangzhou branch; Mr. Yuan Yidong, the vice general manager in charge of investment of the Guangzhou branch; Mr. Yu Yongguang, the vice general manager in charge of engineering of the Foshan branch; and other leaders and employees from Times Group, Guangzhou branch, Foshan branch and Times Property Management attended the ground-breaking ceremony.
With the first piles driven, the project was started at the designated time at the beautifully decorated construction site, which was rich in a cheerful atmosphere as expected. Led by Vice General Manager Mr. Bai Xihong, all the distinguished guests partook of roasted pig, praying for luck and the success of the project. After the ceremony, all the leaders, guests and employees took a photo together, creating a festive atmosphere. General Manager Bai and some other colleagues, during the feast held later that evening, toasted each other in expressing their expectations and confidence in regard to the project’s promising future.
Occupying a total area of approximately 62,664 m2 and a net utilization area of 45,593 m2, the land is located at the junction of Jinlong Road and Shuangshan Avenue, Bantou Village, Nansha Street, Nansha District. The land has been leveled, and the land is planned for residential and commercial use. The authorized years of land use will expire on June 19, 2084. The maximum plot ratio of the land is 3.0, and the maximum building density is 35%. The height restriction for the buildings constructed on the land is 100 meters.
Additionally, the land is located in the core of the Nansha area with a full range of support facilities. Moreover, it is near the Jinzhou Station of Metro Line 4 and the biggest business center in the Nansha area. The land is relatively precious because there is a somewhat limited supply of developable land in the area of Nansha Street, where the project is located. The success in winning the land demonstrates Times Property’s overall strength and its confidence in the area's prospects.
Times Property has for a long time concentrated on creating cozy, high-quality living environments for customers. Thus the Guangzhou branch will take action to interpret its "life stylist" concept, providing more exquisite apartments. We sincerely believe that the Project of Bantou Village will achieve great success.
