Groundbreaking ceremony of Times Fragrant Ocean (Zhuhai) project was grandly held at 11:00 on August 24, 2014. Assistant general manager of Zhuhai branch Mr. Chen Wei, Times Fragrant Ocean (Zhuhai) project leader Mr. Li Zhaoshuang, leadership of sales agents, colleagues of the Group’s design center, representatives of design institute and all colleagues at Zhuhai branch attended the grand ceremony.

On that day, scenes of Times Fragrant Ocean (Zhuhai) were terribly bustling. Leaders and all colleagues presented jointly burned incense to sincerely wish the project a good, booming and smooth start and hot opening sales, and Zhuhai branch achieve more success.

After the traditional worship ceremony, assistant general manager of Zhuhai branch Mr. Chen Wei led the construction team to drive “the first pile” of Times Fragrant Ocean (Zhuhai) among the sound of 88,880,000-firing celebration firecrackers. The clanging piledriver, brilliant fireworks and vehicles’ whistle were like a carol, making the whole scene of the groundbreaking ceremony as fervent as the hot weather and everyone feverish.

Times Fragrant Ocean (Zhuhai), covering a total construction area of over 360,000 square meters, is designed for commercial to residential use.
