Cool Summer Experience at -18℃ and Times City Invited You to “Freeze up”
On September 5, 2014, first major ice sculpture exhibition “Ice and Snow Paradise” was perfectly opened in the Phase I sales of Times City in Sanshui. A total of nearly ten thousand visitors commonly experienced plunge of hot temperature from over 30℃ to -18℃--a wonderful experience of fire and ice. As of mid and late September, hundreds of visitors visited the Paradise and as many as over a thousand visitors did so at weekends!
“Ice and Snow Paradise” of Times City covered an area of over 1000 square meters and all the exhibits were made of real ice and more than 100 tons of colored ice brought together; a super-long ice slide with and elevation difference as big as five meters and a length of up to 30 meters, and adults can instantly go back to childhood by taking the slide. With lifelike colored ice sculptures and on-site lighting effects, Times City carefully prepared an icy and colorful feast for the senses.
Lifelike ice sculptures surprised visitors a great deal and -18°C indoor temperature could not dampen owners’ enthusiasm. Over 50 year-old Mrs. Liang, with the assistance of staff, experienced the super-long ice slide with many young owners and felt the icy trip in person. She said that this was the first time for her to play ice slide, which was incredibly enjoyable though a bit cold!
The activities of “Ice and Snow Paradise” of Times City will last until October 7, 2014, and opens at 9: 00-12: 00 and 14: 00-17: 00 every Tuesday from Sunday. Visitors who have yet experienced must lose no time and do not miss the activities.
After experiencing the ice sculpture exhibition, owners could go to the sales center and received free ginger tea, and the hot ginger tea instantly warmed up each owner’s body and mind; the owners intending to purchase a house could select and purchase houses available of Times City in the models of the sales center. According to the feedbacks of on-site staff, Times City would strongly promote 82-118 square-meter luxuriously furnished southing foreign-style houses with three or four bedrooms, and the houses were sold at fixed prices regardless of floors; moreover, many rare 30-80 square-meter street properties with first-line property right would be sold at a fixed price regardless of area within a time limit.
