Times King City (Changsha) of Times Property held a grand handover activity from September 25 to 28, 2014. A total of 156 carefully constructed, artistic apartments welcomed the first batch of owners who could experience firsthand a waterfront town bringing together the qualities of a resort, tourism, leisure and high-end residential areas.
