Construction of Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VII and the Primary School Affiliated to South China Normal University Officially Started
On the morning of October 18, 2014, a ground-breaking ceremony was held for Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VII and Qingcheng Primary School affiliated to South China Normal University. Yu Fei, general manager of Qingyuan branch, Chen Chang, deputy general manager of the Marketing Department of Qingyuan branch, Yu Yongguang, deputy general manager in charge of engineering of Qingyuan branch, Yang Xu, general manager of Times Property Management's Qingyuan branch and other leaders attended the ceremony, witnessing the moment along with all staff members of Qingyuan branch and guests as representatives of partner entities and companies. It was another significant event for Qingyuan branch of Times Property following the launch of Times Huacheng(Qingyuan) in May.
Times King City (Qingyuan) is the first project of Times Property in Qingyuan City. It is located in the southeast of the intersection between North Huancheng Road and Bijia River in Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, only an 8- to 10-minute drive to Qingyuan Municipal Government. In the vicinity of the Qingyuan Station of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Light Rail to be constructed, the project boasts enormous potential for regional development. Moreover, it is only two kilometers from the largest artificial lake under construction in Asia, "Feilai Lake". Upon completion, the project will become the most representative real estate project in Dongcheng or even in Qingyuan City. The commencement of Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VII indicates that an urban complex covering an area of one million square meters officially comes into being. Yu Fei, general manager of Qingyuan branch remarked that the commencement would facilitate the development of Qingyuan branch. Qingcheng Primary School co-established by Times Property and South China Normal University not only further enhances amenities in surrounding areas of Times King City (Qingyuan), but considerably diversifies allocation of educational resources in the area where the project is located, greatly promoting the development of education in Qingyuan City.
