On October 18, 2014, the First Lohas Running Competition for Owners of Times City (Foshan), under the theme of "All People Run, Happier with Lohas Running," was joyfully kicked off. The Lohas Running Competition held by the Customer Service Department of Foshan branch and co-held by the Times Property Charity Foundation was a call for all people to run and keep healthy. The event stimulated people’s enthusiasm in Sanshui District for Lohas running for the sake of health.

The event was initiated by the Customer Service Department, the Human Resources & Administration Department and the Sanshui Project Department of Foshan branch in conjunction with Times Property Management (Sanshui). In the highly exciting warm-up, the First Lohas Running Competition for Owners of Times City (Foshan) started.

Participants of the Lohas Running Competition were divided into the women's group and the men's group. The route was 4 kilometers long and a total of four service stations were established along the route, where drinking water, refreshing food and medical supplies would be offered. Additionally, the Customer Service Department had caringly arranged charity stalls organized by Times Property Charity Foundation and interactive booths of ETERS International Fitness Club, which allowed owners to learn knowledge of fitness while enjoying the competition. All in all, numerous meticulous details left a deep impression on the owners.

After fierce competition in the afternoon, the final champion was determined among the participating owners. The best performance for the women's group was 17 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the best result for the men's group was 16 minutes 16 seconds. Top ten contestants respectively from the men's group and the women's group were also awarded medals and prizes by the guest presenters. Owners commented that, by taking part in the Lohas Running Competition, they enjoyed sports and enhanced relationships with their neighbors and therefore they looked forward to the next Lohas Running Competition. As the host of the event, the Customer Service Department of Foshan branch noted that the Lohas Running Competition was a milestone in the activities it had organized in order to show its care for the clients. It added that they would continue to offer sound services to the clients, making joint efforts to build a happy and harmonious living environment.
