2014 World Tourism Model Final Shines at Ocean Times (Guangzhou)

The final of "2014 World Tourism Model Contest: Times Property" in the division of South China was held on November 22 at Ocean Times (Guangzhou). The World Tourism Model Contest is one of the world's five beauty contests, China's top beauty contest and an annual fashion event highly sought after by entrepreneurs in South China. The final was held at Asia's first seven-star artistic clubhouse built by Ocean Times (Guangzhou) at an expense of RMB 200 million, fully mirroring the high-end luxury for which Ocean Times (Guangzhou) is known.

The theme of the event was "2014 World Tourism Model Contest: Times Property," and Miss Models of the World were invited to put on performances and compete with each other at Ocean Times (Guangzhou). The contest--the first to break from the world's traditional beauty-pageant format--was presented and disseminated in the form of variety show and performance competition. It was also the first to innovate and introduce the form of a variety show similar to "America's Next Top Model" in China, making it fairly creative and entertaining. Thus an impressive visual feast was presented at Ocean Times (Guangzhou).

Ocean Times (Guangzhou) is the first high-end property that Times Property has launched in the Nansha District. After four years of careful preparation, Ocean Times (Guangzhou) has earned the recognition of many customers with its consistent image of a "world-class bay luxury home." Over the past 15 years, Times Property has committed itself to people's expectations for a quality lifestyle. Holding this World Tourism Model Final is a continuation of the philosophy that art and life, along with architecture and fashion, add radiance to each other to create a positive aesthetic life.

Ocean Times (Guangzhou) is the only natural landscape project that allows owners to enjoy the favorable position with the mountains in the background, surrounded by lakes and views of the sea. It is adjacent to Nansha Golf Club and includes large-scale wetland parks, ecological green island recreation area, lakeside track, a fisherman's wharf and other amenities. Ocean Times (Guangzhou) makes a perfect combination of human habitat with such natural ecological resources as mountains, lakes and the sea, which to a certain extent reflects the unmatched tourism resources of Nansha District. So, Nansha District truly deserves to be the place to hold the final of the 2014 World Tourism Model Contest for the South China division.
