On December 19, Ocean Times (Guangzhou) held a release conference for the “national villa” project. Senior executives of Times Property, celebrities and pressmen got together and attended the conference to witness the opening of the single-family villa projects in free trade area.

The release conference was held at 18:00 in the Seven-star Asia Club of Ocean Times (Guangzhou). It started with a grand ink painting dance to introduce the “single-family national villa project” in free trade area. A leading real estate analyst Mr. Huang Tao talked about the blueprint for the free trade area in Nansha against the background of the implementation of the free trade policy. According to Mr. Huang, the development of Nansha real estate industry is very promising. With the implementation of the free trade policy, trading volume of Nansha real estate market grew by 20% in last weekend and expected to see better performance.
