In the afternoon of April 2, 2015, the commencement ceremony for the Times Laguna (Zengcheng) Project of Times Property's North Office was held in the afternoon on April 2, 2015, graced by the attendance of Guangzhou Branch (North) General Manager Mr. Li Shaoai along with group executives, village officials and partners of the Times Property Group.

Fireworks exploded and red flags waved in the breeze as the ceremony began. Group executives and guests cut the ribbons and later enjoyed roasted suckling pig in celebration of their great hopes for the project.

Times Laguna (Zengcheng) is situated on the south side of Yongning Road, in the Jiuru Village area of Zengcheng District. Thus situated at the center of a national economic and technological development zone, the project covers an area of 93,000 square meters and presents floor area of 199,000 square meters. It is in the core traffic area of eastern Guangzhou, being adjacent to Kaichuang Road and Guangyuan Express Way, Guangzhou-Huizhou Highway, Guangzhou-Shantou Highway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Express Way. It is only six kilometers from Chuangye Railway Station on Line 6 Extension, just one stop from Xintang Coach Terminal and two stops from Guangzhou East Railway Station. Sitting on Line 13, Line 21 and Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Urban Railway, the project enjoys convenient traffic access. It plays an important role in the life of "Dongjiang New District" amid the "Four Districts” of busy Zengcheng.
