Phase I of Times King City (Shunde) is now sold out, and Phase II has been opened for viewing. To satisfy the desire among prospective customers to know more about the Times King City community--and to reward its clients for their unyielding support--Times King City hosted a VIP banquet on May 29, featuring roast whole lamb.

The banquet was held at the Sales Center of Times King City (Shunde). Roast lamb was served along with other luscious entrees, creating an atmosphere of delicacy and sophistication. The highlight of the event, however, was the special promotion of select, south-facing units. Those who subscribed during the event could take advantage of extra-special discounts. Thanks to a relaxing atmosphere and the assurance of superior-quality housing, seven units were sold over the course of the evening.
