Times Property held a residential forum on innovation and entrepreneurship titled "Times Will Boost Innovation and Entrepreneurship with You" at Zengcheng’s Changfeng Gloria Plaza Hotel on June 12, 2015, in response to the strategy of industry-city integration within the state-level Zengcheng Economical and Technological Development Zone (i.e., Zengchenge ETDZ). Times Property has set up the Talent House Purchasing Fund with a fund of RMB 5 million and put forward the Eastern Youth House Purchasing Plan in order to encourage talented employees of the zone to set up house in the area, which is located in eastern Guangzhou.

The Eastern Youth House Purchasing Plan Is Popular with Young People

The Eastern Youth House Purchasing Plan has drawn great attention from the public, and consequently Times Property has provided RMB 5 million in funding to encourage the possibilities of home ownership for talented employees of zone enterprises, so that they might settle down in eastern Guangzhou.
