The owners of buildings 26-28 at Times City (Foshan) Phase III had their joyous homecoming over the seven-day period of June 13-19. Times Property held the delivery meeting in the five-star clubhouse at Times City (Foshan), thus welcoming 400 new homeowners to the Times City (Foshan) community. To ensure smooth delivery, Times Property's Foshan Branch worked closely with the related departments of the property-management company. The result was a smooth, hassle-free turnover process.

Times Property delivered its houses to approximately 400 owners over the course of the week. However, for the sake of comfort and efficiency it held scheduled appointments with different owners each day, thus preventing any sense of overcrowding in the process. Additionally, a home inspector was assigned to a particular customer based on the appointment schedule. The service started from the moment the owner entered the delivery meeting, following through with identification, home inspection, procedure running and key delivery. Every effort was made to make the owners feel at home in their new residences.

Subsequent to the delivery, the owners took part in a lucky drawing with electrical appliances as prizes. There were many fun surprises for the owners, who could now move into their long-awaited homes.
