Grand opening ceremonies were held on 8^th August for the sales galleries of Time Centralpark Living (Guangzhou) and Times Laguna (Zengcheng) — two new projects of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (North). The traditional lion dance was performed on that morning at both sales galleries to celebrate their opening and to welcome visitors.

·The Opening Ceremony

At 9:00 and 10:00 on 8^th August, the sales galleries of Time Centralpark Living(Guangzhou) and Times Laguna (Zengcheng) were lightened up by the presence of six lions. After the crowd was worked up by a joyous lion dance, high-level management of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (North) painted the pupils for the lion’s eyes to wish both projects a lucrative success. After "Cai Qing" or “Picking the Green'” (In Cai Qing, the lion “bite” vegetable leaves hung above the door of the business and then spit them out. It is a symbolic act of blessing, because the spitting signifies there will be an abundance of everything in the coming year), the lions moved to the inside of the sales galleries to give their blessings. The sales galleries were burst with visitors, a scene the two developments are sure to see very often in the days to come as their sales go on a wild roll.

After the implementation of eastward strategy, eastern Guangzhou has witnessed the establishment of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, the founding of a national level economic and technological development zone in Zengcheng District, the approval for the construction of three metro lines and the opening of Wanda Plaza. All these exciting developments will add more value to eastern Guangzhou.
