The group watched a documentary directed by Tsai Ming-Liang at the museum and attended Tsai's Talk where Tsai shared his experiences and insights with the audience. Some interested owners even interacted with the director during the discussion. Although they did not spend much time at Times Museum, the owners suggested it was enough for them to gain a better understanding of Times Property’s corporate culture.

The highlight of the itinerary was the night cruise on the Pearl River, a great opportunity for the owners to enjoy the breathtaking view of the River. Time Property also threw a reciprocal dinner on cruiser for owners with a nice spread of buffet while they feasted their eyes on the enchanting night scene of Guangzhou. The performances from cowboy dancers, funny clowns and the jazz band lightened the night up. And a lucky draw with home appliances as prizes brought the party to a climax. At the dinner, Times Property introduced owner’s passport and the benefits. Some owners said, “Too much fun. I am so exited. We will definitely make the most of the homeowner's passport in the future. And we would love to introduce Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) to our friends and families. "

Times Property promoted its corporate culture in a subtle way through various forms of activities and expanded its fan base with the help of supportive and loyal old customers. It also successfully enhanced its influence through fan marketing and the network of current homeowners to attract new buyers and score more deals.
