Kong Yucheng, Governor of Wangcheng District of Changsha City, and Yu Xuehui, member of the District CPC Standing Committee and Deputy District Governor, visited Times King City (Changsha) with a team of 20 officials on the morning of 18th August. The official commission consisted of the officials from the District Government Office, the District Real Estate Bureau, the District Construction Bureau, the District Planning Bureau, the District Municipal Council, and the offices at the township and neighborhood level under the jurisdiction of the Wangcheng District.

During the visit, a thorough introduction on the sales, pricing, product configuration, interior decoration and other information of Times King City was given. Kong highly praised the remarkable results achieved by Times King City and recognized the solution to the group complaints of the owners that had happened recently. The officials also listened to the challenges in development and construction reported by Shu Su, Vice Manager of the Changsha Branch Company, and expressed the will to support the expansion of the development and construction of Times King City as a key landmark project in Changsha City.
